The INR21700-M58T from a Korean premium manufacturer is a high-performance lithium-ion battery in 21700 format. With a nominal capacity of 5650mAh and 20.0 Wh and a nominal voltage range of 3.6V, this battery is ideal for use in high-quality battery packs.

The INR21700M58T battery cell has a capacity of 5650mAh and a load capacity of 12.5A.

The cell is designed for professional use in battery packs with integrated protection circuit (BMS/PCB) and is particularly optimised for electromobile applications such as e-bikes, e-scooters and pedelecs. Thanks to its high capacity of 5650 mAh and a maximum continuous discharge current of up to 12.5 A, it is also suitable for long-term applications with moderate current loads, including industrial systems, household appliances and stationary energy storage solutions.

Notes:

Charging lithium-ion batteries requires a special charger that charges the batteries using a special charging process. (CCCV = constant current, constant voltage.) The batteries must not be charged above a voltage of 4.2 volts, otherwise there is a risk of fire and explosion. It is advantageous to charge the batteries only up to approx. 4.1 volts, as this significantly increases the service life or number of charging cycles (possibly up to double). Only lithium-ion chargers may be used for charging. However, cheap chargers sometimes have the disadvantage that they do not switch off safely at the end of the charging process, but continue to charge the batteries with a low charging current, which can be dangerous.

Furthermore, rechargeable batteries and batteries do not belong in household waste! Please dispose of them as prescribed by law in the municipal collection centres or in the [usually green] containers provided for this purpose by retailers.
